Service Description
Are you impressing casting directors? Maximize your chances of booking with professional Zoom coaching led by Walid Chaya or a vetted associate from his coaching team. Sessions focus on audition prep, scene work, taping guidance, ongoing skill-building, on-set coaching support, and college audition preparation. Actors trained through Walid’s coaching programs have gone on to book commercials, major films, and television projects for networks and platforms including ABC, NBC, FOX, HBO, The CW, Hulu, Disney, and Netflix. Each session follows Walid’s proven coaching approach, whether led by Walid directly or one of his hand-selected associate coaches. ★ HOW TO BOOK ★ Click Book Now to schedule a 30- or 60-minute online session with Walid. Available times appear on the calendar for Tuesdays–Thursdays. Select a date and time, and your Zoom link will be emailed immediately after booking. Need a time not listed or an in-person session? Email Walid directly for special scheduling. ★ AFTER YOU BOOK ★ Reply to your confirmation email with any scripts or materials for your session. Cancellation Policy
Preparation & Materials To make the most of your session, please reply to your confirmation email from Walid with any scripts or materials needed (sides, scenes, monologues, casting notes, or self-tape instructions). Whenever possible, materials should be sent at least 24 hours in advance. Session Use Sessions may be used for acting technique, audition preparation, self-taping, career guidance, or targeted skill development. Please indicate your primary focus when sending materials. Rescheduling & Cancellations As a courtesy, you may reschedule one time after booking with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for rescheduling or credit. Late Arrival / No-Shows Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be extended, and no-shows or unplanned tardies will forfeit the reservation. Online Sessions (Zoom) For Zoom sessions, please log in a few minutes early and test your audio and video in advance. Technical issues on the client’s end will not extend session time. Communication For questions or assistance, please reach out via email. We’re happy to help and aim to respond as consistently and promptly as possible. Minors Actors under 18 must have a parent or guardian handle booking and communication.
